Emilio's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina was the creation of Emilio and Shirley Redin, who opened the doors of their new business on September 19, 1983. Toni is a native of San Jacinto and was born and raised in the San Jacinto Valley, while Juancarlos was born and raised in the central part of Mexico, and arrived in San Jacinto in 1983. They became owners of Emilio's in September of 2000. Though over time, exciting new dishes have been incorporated into the menu, they continue to utilize the same recipes that were created in 1983. Combining these time honored recipes with the freshest ingrediants available, gives the fare the consistency in flavor and texture that has made Emilio's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina a favorite in the San Jacinto Valley for over 30 years.
